Maybe they had a bad day?
A couple large crickets on the bathroom floor, and a small bug on the nightstand. Faucet didn’t switch to shower head. Breakfast didn’t have proteins - no eggs. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Better Cleaning would make this place a 10
The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, but the place could definitely have been cleaner. The floor in our room had very obviously not been vacuumed there was fuzz and it seemed like someone had spilled their pill box. We found an aspirin and a vitamin on the floor, there was a used bar of soap in the shower.
