Front desk service was outstanding. Our room had a view to die for but the bathroom had hair all over the floor. The second day of our stay the room was not serviced and it was necessary to ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper. The following day the room was serviced but staff failed to supply toilet paper. The breakfast was very good. The hotel needs a lot of updating.

Super convenient location. Walking distance to the Parthenon and the museum. Half a block to tons of shopping and dining options. 1 block to the metro is a huge plus too. The hotel is well staffed with very helpful employees that truly want you to have a great experience. The rooms are clean and well kept if slightly dated. GREAT water pressure and almost instant hot water! The breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from. Cereal, pastries, bread, meats and cheeses and of course fruit. With coffee, tea,orange juice,sour cherry and milk to drink. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our 3-night stay: * walked to promenade where there is everything * so close to promenade to view, walk to Acropolis museum and Acropolis! * close to pickup of hop on/off buses * hotel staff soooo great! * breakfast choice amazing and delicious! * hotel elevator slow, small, but has character!
