Worth Staying at
We had just spent 2 days at another hotel chain that was excellent so comparing the 2 might not be completely fair. The Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn in Spokane, Washington was a good option, just not the best we have been to, but way above the worst we have ever stayed at. I didn't think the bed or the pillows were that comfortable, but my 2 traveling companions thought they were okay, and they were okay. We were a little disappointed that the hot breakfast was not in the inn itself, but at a Denny's just a few feet away. This proved a little difficult for our daughter who had hoped to run downstairs, eat quickly and get back to her laptop to do some business for her work before checking out. The hotel did have a quick and go breakfast bag or vouchers for a discount to eat at Denny's. The Denny's was clean, and the service was great as was the food. It was a great location for us as it was a quick on and off to the freeway.

We got to the motel early and noticed there was an early check-in device in the lobby. The woman who was manning this device (on screen) as rude and seemed inefficient and then said we would have to pay an early check-in fee and I felt, why??, since it was about 3;30. So I switched off the machine and we waited a bit more and then a nice young lady checked us in at the counter. I said if it as or wasn’t too early to check in and said it wasn’t too early.
