I had an awful experience at Home2 Suites Hilton, booked through Expedia. I reserved a room with two beds, but when I arrived late at 11:40 PM on September 26, I was given a room with just one bed. I was traveling with someone else, so this was completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the staff had the audacity to hand me bed sheets and towels and told me to make the bed myself. Really? At that hour? I expected better service, especially from a brand like Hilton.
If you value your sleep and comfort, steer clear of this place. They need to improve their employee training and customer service. Very disappointed
