A very good hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast is excellent. There is also free coffee and cake in the afternoon. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only negative side - there is no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise recommended.

The hotel staff are very nice, polite and professional in dealing with guests. Hotel is close to metro/ tram and walking distance to some attractions, bars and restaurants. The room is clean with comfortable bed, quiet for a good night of rest. Breakfast buffet is pretty good with variety of options and the vegetable omelette was excellent. Nice sitting area for breakfast overlooking the canal and the main road. Will highly recommend.

The staff were excellent—friendly and helpful. With the windows closed, the room was super quiet despite being on the very busy Schwedenplatz. The room was on the smaller side, but nice. The included breakfast was good—delicious cheeses, breads, and fruit, plus eggs made to order and good coffee. Great location for a first visit to Wien!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Capricorno, which we would highly recommend. There were no negative aspects to the whole experience but the most pleasing thing was the staff who, to a person, were polite, cheerful, helpful and alyl excellent at their jobs. We would not hesitate to return to Vienna in the future and we know where we would stay.

I felt like I was staying at a family run business because of the care and attention of the staff. The only down side was the shower in the bathroom- very small and inconvenient. This hotel is centrally located near public transportation and within walking distance of many sights. The front desk and other staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and cooked to order items were available. A nice touch was daily afternoon tea, coffee and cake. Laundry service was very quick. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.
