My stay was not very pleasant. The fire alarm went off and took a long time to deactivate. The room's stove was very dirty and a/c blew a lot of dust and would not warm enough. I would definitely would consider other options next time before staying here.

Hotel was very clean, and the desk staff very friendly. The grab and go breakfast was set up on a side table in the Lobby, not many choices, so be prepared. Hotel is older but rooms had been upgraded. Hotel is loud in that you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking and doors shutting, not because people were rude. Located in a decent area, near a strip mall.

Not what was expected
Not the worst stay, but not the best either. Have stayed at extended stays previously which had set my expectations of the brand. This location in North Olmsted left me feeling like it was the communities housing for displaced resident. Will definitely choose a different brand hotel in the future.

Many rooms appear to be occupied by locals renting for a place to stay. As such they are prone to acting like it is their property and do as they like without regard to others. Noise late into the night, tepid water for showers in my room. Staff reported nothing to be done about that.

Don't waste your money!
Horrible customer service, should probably replace the manager with a person who actually has manners. Not one good experience at this location. Lots of drug deals done on the property, along with fighting and arguing in the hallways, all hours of the night. Definitely not returning.

Smelled bad. Pillows were lumpy, holes in the wall and bugs. Stains on the sink. Smelled like an old cigarette. Didn’t shower because it felt dirty. Left as soon as we could.
