Nice property. Annoying check in.

When we checked in we were told the room type we booked wasn’t ready and they tried to give us another type. We said we’d wait. After a bit I receive a text advising our room is available. Great. Go to the counter and the girls tries to give us the same room type from before was not the Bayou view we had confirmed when booking. We said we’d be happy to wait. Then she tells me it’s not going to be available. After much back and forth she tells us she’ll give us an ‘upgraded room’ with two double beds and a bayou view. Two other members of my family who reserved the same room type as us and arrived over an hour later got their room types. Frustrating.
