The room was nice, newly renovated. Swimming pool. Comfy bed and pillows. Shower with great water pressure was fantastic! Safety concern: The elevator doors do not have an automatic open if something or somebody is in the way of doors closing. Could be a hazard for children. Issue with key cards, but quickly resolved. Breakfast was nice with Belgian Waffle maker!

The bathtub had a disgusting stain on the bottom. The room cleanliness was fair. Instead of placing a hold on my credit card, for incidentals, they actually charged my debit card $325 as a hold and instead of having the hold pending, they deducted the funds directly from my checking account. I have been calling them daily for a refund, they have yet to refund me a week later.

Breakfast was horrible!
We know the Marriott brand well and were very disappointed in the breakfast the Springhill Suites West Warwick. Everyday Luke warm scrambled eggs and over cooked round sausage patties! Ran out of basic items everyday. Marriott food systems are usually good with a rotation of breakfast hot items: not at this hotel! We mentioned it at the front desk and were told they were sorry,they knew about and have escalated the issue many times..smh
