Came to take wn for our grandsons hockey game. My 16 yr daughter and I enjoyed the hotel a lot. She was very impressed with how nice everything was. The pool and hit tub was very nice and relaxing.

Great stay but wish the walls weren't so thin.
The hotel is lovely, looks new and well kept. Kudos on the full size bathroom soap, lotion, and shampoo dispensers, much better for the environment, less plastic to throw out. The staff was nice also. Kudos to the night staff, especially Eric, who was very accommodating and friendly when I misplaced my parking pass. The only negative is the noise level. The walls must be thin because it sounded like horses running and galloping in the room above me.

The room and bathroom were very clean, except the coffee creamers in the room had gone sour. We had a good dinner in the hotel cafe with a delightful waitress. Breakfast was not included in the price of the room. Parking on site was free. I would stay there again.

Very rude staff!!! My kids and a few others were playing on the sixth floor with a foam ball. Another guest had told us that it was okay, they had only been playing for 15 minutes when Joe came running up six flights of stairs and proceeded to yell at 10 year olds. He had told them to “Take their crap and leave”. I was unhappy with the way he had handled it, so I went to speak with him and tell him I was sorry for the kids but didn’t appreciate how he handled the situation. He then started to point his finger at me and treat me like a child. He told me that if I didn’t like how he was handling it I could leave and find another hotel, along with the rest of the group. I am very unhappy with this disrespectful staff member, and would not recommend other families to stay here, as they are not kid friendly.
