Needs improvement.
Dated but clean.had to call the hotel number to get the front desk. The tv and remotes literally impossible to navigate(no guide, no select button, no identification of what channel you were on and the volume of the sound was too low. The air conditioner was noisy and could never be regulated for comfort. We felt the air quality was poor as a result of this old insufficient ac unit. This got so bad we asked for help and was offered a room that had just gone under renovation.so we packed and moved to another floor and found that to be much better. Still no tv guide but stations were identified on the larger screen. This room looked very clean and updated. Unlike the first room we were able to completely close the window curtain. The elevator was a mess as they appeared to be putting in new flooring. The desk clerks were friendly but you had to call the hotel main number to get their attention. I was very disappointed in our stay. For the price,we did not have very high expectations but this was not even satisfactory.Not a good experience.
