Great hotel, amazing location
A really good stay. The location is amazing. 2 mins walk to the Eaton Centre. Lots of food options close by. Easy access to transport and the PATH. Most staff were lovely, the cleaning staff in particular. Some front desk staff were a bit gruff. But most were lovely. Great to have free water at reception. Great to have laundry facilities for an extended stay. I'd rather they had European style washing machines but that's just a personal preference. I hate north American ones. The room was lovely. Spacious and with an exceptionally comfy bed and pillows. Nice and warm, controllable climate. Good sized fridge and cool to have a microwave. But really they should have bowls and dishes in the room. Not a huge issue, as you can ask for them. But I can't understand why they're not just there. There are already plenty of glasses. Great to have 2 TVs in the room. I'd prefer if it was possible to connect a HDMI to them for laptop viewing but not a huge issue. Internet was pretty good. Nice toiletries, regularly replenished. Great shower pressure, lovely towels. Some shower gel wound have been nice. I'd stay here again for sure. It was really quiet at night. Almost incredibly so, given the location. The area felt safe. Yeah, there are unhoused drug addicts in the vicinity. But they're too out of it to be a threat to anyone other than themselves. I felt entirely safe all the time, and all throughout Toronto for that matter. I think you'd find it though to get a better deal.

Exceptional stay for a great price!
A very clean and comfortable hotel with great proximity to Eaton Centre and Union Station. The front desk, particularly Odiba and Tyler, were very helpful and kind, going above expectation. The housekeeping hours were wonderful because they extended into the evening so we didn’t have to get up and get out in order to have room service. The only suggestion I’d make is to have a little larger laundry room. If you’re looking for an exceptional hotel experience for the money, this is it.

Just OK, but not for the money IMO
Place was OK. Suite was nice but a little small, but I lukely would have chosen another place if I knew that, 1, the restaurant and lounge was completely closed on New Years Eve (weird) and 2, that the breakfast (coffee and muffins and stuff) was only available from 7-9am. Considering that it was New Years Day and everyone went out the night before, I found it to be both cheap and just plain dumb. The room cleaners also started early and it was loud in the hallways way too early and even knocked on my door at 9am when checkout was 11. So, next time will likely look elsewhere thats more accomodating.
