Cold and Unwelcoming
Room was freezing as the heat hadn’t been turned on when we arrived. Place was empty, but check in seemed overly long. Room was basic and clean, but the beds were horribly uncomfortable. Could hear road noise all night. Breakfast was basic with hot with eggs and waffles. Next time would definitely pay a bit more and stay at the other proper hotels nearby, especially after a long day of driving.

The staff at the Quality Inn was exceptional. Very upbeat and kind. The hot breakfast was very nice. The only downfall was the beds were hard, but I would definitely stay here again.
