HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
After I checked in, I changed in my pajama's to relax. I noticed a little later that there was no hair dryer in my room. I went to call the front desk & the room phone didn't work, so I used my cell phone. I was told they don't supply them in the room but I could come to the front desk to get one. I asked if they could bring me one & was told no. I rechecked their hotel on the internet & it lists a hair dryer as a room ammenity. I had to redress & go out in the cold to get the hair dryer. I showed the front desk guy their internet site. He claimed it was not their site. So, I go back to my room & went to bed. While I was in the shower at 8:00 am, someone was banging on my door. The door was locked, along with the latch-type lock AND I had put a chair in front of the door for safety reasons. I got out of the shower, peeked around the bathroom door to see what the banging on the door was about & the cleaning person had tried to get in. I guess they realized someone was still in the room & closed the door. REALLY? Doesn't the front desk tell them when people check out?! I complained at the front desk when I checked out & all they had, was excuses after excuses. I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN!
And, I do NOT recommend it to anyone! I guess you get what you pay for! I tried to add a pic of the ammenities to this review to prove my point but it won't let me...figures!
