My first issue was hotels.com says a credit card on file for incidentals but yet the hotel has a 50 deposit. There’s a difference between a deposit and a card on file. The man argues me down and tells me there’s a deposit and I overlooked it. If that’s the case then it needs to say there’s a 50 deposit on hotels.com before booking instead of surprising customers when they get there. Then I get in the room and it’s decent but where’s the heat? I turned the heat on last night and it hasn’t moved. A long piece of hair was on my pillow! Like was my room even cleaned? I’m up early to check out because it’s cold and I was ready to leave last night!

Well, first of all I’d like to say hotel was OK but nothing exciting also never seen a hotel that charges $15 for a continental breakfast. Nothing special been too many hotels $15 is over. Charge room is OK not too comfortable but overall we stayed there. It was OK location

Whish I was somewhere else
The heat/Air did not work with out a call to maintenance every time it needed adjusted, They let employees park in the fire lane right in front of the door, They did not have decaffeinated coffee. Was spoken to in an unfriendly tone on the phone. Was in a non smoking room but could smell people smoking.

They have the heat turned off and you have to call engineering to turn it on so we slept in the room at 67 degrees!!! And it smelt so bad. Even when we were checking in someone else called down for housekeeping to come and spray their room with air freshener.

Not at all like the pictures, They are deceiving. Feels like a run down hotel. Old and room was smelly. I had them change room and new room smelled as well. Would not stay here ever again.

The front desk staff and restaurant staff as well as housekeeping are always great and helpful!
Free parking!!! Since many Dallas hotels charge 10.00 to 20.00 per day just for parking!
My only negative comment is the hallway carpets need to be cleaned meaning steam cleaned or replaced! They are always vacuumed!

Love that parking is free now! Room was always cleaned and restocked… lobby was clean and polite staff… the carpets in hallways need to be cleaned or replaced.
