gave notices on food and bar services times and location did not exist, hotel did not offer complimentary lobby coffee service as their sister hotels and competition do. hotel elevator service was out on check out day and the hotel could not offer service to assist carrying luggage down the stairs to ground level exit of hotel.

Bad check in
Check in was difficult. I was told they have a new system and because I booked through a third party it would take longer. And I was also told they lose 30% because I booked through a third party. It was not a great experience. The bed was horrible, no support, or comfort. We were 2 rooms away from the elevator and could hear them all night long. I sent a message to the hotel letting them know all of this and they just said hope you’ll give us another chance. No absolutely not.

Grungy Old HoMotel
This hotel is pretty grungy. It’s old and beat up and it definitely shows. The carpets were stained and dirty, the bathroom tiles had big chips, and the furniture was beat up. When you walk into the lobby it smells nice because they are pumping it with fragrance but as soon as we got off the elevator the hallways smelled like dirty feet/food. The condition truly made it feel like a motel and not the caliber of a Hilton/Doubletree.

On top of the price they charge 32 dollars a day to park on property for $80 more that we paid Expedia and hotel parking you could stay in a state of art new hotel with no parking fee I blame Expedia for not disclosing that hotel’s policy on their web sight
