I booked a whirlpool room. I ended up getting a different room. The room wasnt clean. The bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the floor, black mild was on the shower curtain.

Hotel pool was under construction but was not mentioned, that was a disappointment. Our room was not the greatest, bathroom had broken parts, was worn out and the shower's hot/cold lever was opposite of what the dial says. Overall it could use a big make over.

The hotel is updating their facilities and what they have done so far is very nice. They need to focus a bit more on customer service. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.

On Expedia I ordered a suite, and got the typical room. The photos make it look like a luxury hotel, but it’s one of the more lower end that I’ve stayed at in the area. Random people sitting by the entrance and in their vehicles the whole time I was there. I’m not sure they even had a room. Shower in my room was rusty and yucky looking, so I didn’t shower.

Amazing customer service, very cleanly, and very affordable. I booked a room for 2 nights with my wife and our daughter. My daughter got lost in the hotel because it’s so large and the front desk staff found her for us and was very sweet and helpful after the situation. I will be booking again soon.
