Horrible treatment of Service Dog!!

When checking in, I had informed the hotel of my Service Dog prior to arrival. When I got there I was asked for documentation of my service animal which is illegal based on the ADA Act. I have never had to show his paperwork ANYWHERE and was thus charged for a “pet” stay. He is not a pet. He is medically necessary and was working as he has been trained to do. The staff was dismissive and rude. To top it all off there were flies and a roach in the bathroom!

Thank you for overbooking and giving my room away. Flying all day , driving two hrs in a storm and told that I do not have a room. My credit had been charged and had a confirmation email with check in details. Lady at the front desk did not seem to care. What a first impression!

The room decor was ok. I booked for 2 days but unfortunately cancel the second day. I will not return back. Unfortunately management will not refund. I understand since I booked via Expedia.
