Great location, friendly staff, sparkling clean!
Great place to stay for a short family getaway! The room was squeaky clean and the staff very friendly. We have an oversized vehicle and the front desk team pointed us to a high-clearance garage just a few minutes walk down the street. This will be our place to stay for future visits to Toronto!

Nice hotel
This hotel was nice and in a great location. My only issue with them is that they gave us only a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. When we realized there was no spare roll, we called down to the front desk to request more. After waiting 15 minutes after they assured us that they would send some up, we called again. Again we were told that someone would be up with some. We waited another 10 minutes. Finally my husband went down to the front desk and asked for some directly. Again, was told that someone would bring it up. Finally after 30+ minutes after our initial request, someone brought us another roll. Very frustrating and unnecessary as the bathroom should have been stocked with a spare roll or at least a full single roll. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Meh, better options
They did not mention or recognize my silver status. I had to ask for bathrobes, they were not in the room. Parking is more expensive paying though the hotel than through the parking attendant. The pool is super small, the pictures are misleading. I had to ask for my 20% off food, they did not know about it at first. The blinds don't close fully, the gap creates an anoying source of light that will wake you up.

Always a good stay here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We can usually get an early check in. Merek in the dining room is absolutely fantastic!! Always a pleasure to see him when we go.

6/10 Good

Low quality Motel, not a 4 star hotel
Lack of any service, such as car valet, bell/luggage, concierge or even holdinng the door is unacceptable for a traveling family. Marketing this property as a 4-star hotel is misleading and pathetic. It is run like a Motel 8. Regretful experience. Avoid this place.
