Nice professionalism. Great stay.
Great location in downtown Nashvillie. 5 min uber to the nightlife. Heads up they do charge for parking at this hotel, but very dilligent security guard on staff. SAFE AND WELL LIT. NICE!

No need to look elsewhere
We had a last minute trip for a family member who was in a nearby hospital. The hotel was a Choice based on proximity to the hospital. We were pleasantly surprised with cleanliness, comfort and the breakfast offered each morning. The rates were very reasonable without sacrificing great customer service and clean, comfortable rooms. We will be staying here for our next trip to Nashville.

Well kept property
Room was small but nicely furnished, and I got a great price. The bed had a memory foam mattress, which many people may like, but I woke up with a bit of a sore back and neck. The property is well kept in general, but the $20 parking fee seems unnecessary/excessive, considering that you self park and the lot is unsecured. The complimentary fresh-made omelette at breakfast is a nice touch.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Stay away.
Ok where to begin, If you want to sleep on a stone slab where the bed has NO give and I mean NO give then you'll love this place. Byfar the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. The floor was literally softer than the beds. I had a bad feeling about this place when the lady who i could barley understand asked me if we drove there, Yes I replied wondering why just for her to tell me I had to pay an additional $30 dollars to park?? I've never stayed at a hotel that charges for parking beyond the room rental cost. So I think ok that sucks the beds suck but whatever I'll just wake up with the back pain I'm certain to have from the stone slab I just slept on and take a nice warm shower to wake myself up and start my day. Except.....The water would not get close to warm, It was lukewarm at best ON MAX HEAT and felt like I was in an ice bath with an occasional squirt of lukewarm water. Terrible beds, Terrible nickel and dime practices with the parking, TERRIBLE FRIGID COLD SHOWERS. My stay here was the worst hotel stays I've had in my life and I wouldn't reccomend it to ANYONE EVER. The room looked ok I guess but don't bring your significant other here lest you want to hear them complain about how terrible the beds are. Smh service that bad should be refunded.

Just okay....
Pros: Hotel & Room were clean. 12pm.check out is great. Con: Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Orange juice is very watered down, nothing but wheat bread & bagels. Only offers pre-cooked/slightly warmed sausage (YUCK..hate sausage)..news flash...Not everyone likes sausage. No bacon offered, or potatoes. Omelets are wimpy...only a few sprinkles of fillings/cheese...couldn't even taste anything but egg. Overall , was a total disappointment!! Will spend s little extra to stay elsewhere.
