I’d stay again
It was adequate lodging with very friendly front desk workers besides the woman who checked us in, had a super late checkout on Christmas Eve and was not even charged extra, the room was nice but. Due to difficulties the phone in the den wasn’t working nor was the tv until our last day there

Bedtime surprise
I arrived very late. Checking in was smooth. It wasn’t until 1am as I decided to go bed that I noticed something missing on the bed. It only had sheets on it. No blanket or bed covering at all. I took a picture. It’s December and outside it’s cold in Bethlehem. That’s unusual

Never Again Will I Stay
My family and I booked 3 rooms. They had stains on the carpet, there was pet order in the room. The bed from the sofa couch had stains as if someone died there and to top it all off, one family member was bitten by bed bugs.

Too many hurdles
Was told that I could only get my room cleaned if I stayed a week, but they would change my towels. Didn't happen until I asked a second time. The fitness center had no remote for the TV. Breakfast was in a separate building requiring me to dress for the weather. When I reached the outside door to let me in, it was permanently locked requiring me to use another door. I checked in at 3PM, one hour earlier than required. My room was ready but the early check in required a $15 charge.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was standard. Our building was constantly kept prompted open with a rock which seemed unsafe. The halls smelled like someone was smoking marajuana. Our room was lacking sheets for the pull out sofa which was quickly rectified by staff, however the matress was stained which was kind of gross. There air conditioner was loud when it ran on and off throughout the night. My family hardly slept. I was disappointed by this as it disrupted our trip.

This should be 1-2 star suites. The rooms were not clean, cigarette burns on the carpets, bathroom had mould. Mattress for the pull pur couch had stains everywhere and was flat.

Carpets everywhere were filthy. Refrigerator was dented. Stove top was dirty. Elevator was grimey. Windows and doors an entry were not clean. Overhead light in dining area broken. TV did not work in one bedroom. Had to have maintenance fix it. Weeds 4’ high in landscaping throughout property. Expedia contacted office to cancel one night of my reservation and when I checked out, we found out Dominque on Friday did not log the cancellation in system. Debbie @ front desk Monday did nice job correcting it. Avoid this property!
