My main issue would be the menu at the restaurant. I am vegetarian - not vegan, so not so hard. We would’ve loved to have stayed at the property for drinks and dinner, but there was nothing on offer for me.

Historic but not worth it
I guess if you’re looking for a historic hotel then stay here. Otherwise there isn’t much that we found this hotel to offer. The bathrooms are extremely small and only one person can really be in there at a time. The bellhop just watched us take our suitcases out of the car and didn’t get up or bother to look up from his cellphone.

Ok, not that far away from being a very good plac.
Picked the hotel as it was dog friendly (it was) and it had a bar & restaurant so that I would not have to leave. Nothing I saw ahead of time informed me that both were closed on Sunday and Mondays. I was forced to leave to eat and watch football. Room was clean, but dated with just ok tv options. Everyone one I met, however, was very friendly and pleasant to interact with.
