Hotel no meio do paraíso com praia “particular “
Hotel maravilhoso , no meio do paraíso ! Vista do quarto para mar ! Quarto espaçoso , porém precisa de algumas melhorias . Frigobar ligado e vazio , e sem nenhum item básico como uma água por exemplo . A tv não funcionava direito , ligava sozinha no meio da noite .Roupa de cama e toalhas poderiam ser de melhor qualidade .Café da manhã variado com suco verde delicioso. Horário da cozinha do restaurante seria melhor se fosse mais flexível para servir refeição . Parabéns para a equipe de atendimento dos restaurantes, são prestativos e educados .Sugestão servir café da manhã no restaurante da praia para aproveitar ainda mais a vista incrível do hotel. Praia do hotel pequena , praticamente apenas para os hóspedes .No geral hotel é super bom , mas precisa de algumas melhorias para ser excelente !

Experiência abaixo das expectativas. A localização do hotel é o ponto alto, em uma praia linda e em uma faixa de areia praticamente privativa. No entanto, a estrutura do quarto, em especial chuveiro (pressão muito baixa e constante oscilação na temperatura) e colchão deixaram muito a desejar. No mais a limpeza era boa e o café da manhã ok. Não voltaria a me hospedar devido o custo benefício, o qual considerei baixo.

Vista maravilhosa, e só!
A localização do hotel é perfeita, fica praticamente na areia, com uma vista de tirar o fôlego. Pena que os serviços são ruins, funcionários mal treinados, mal humorados e até indelicados em algumas situações. Café da manhã deveria ser melhor pelo preço cobrado pela estadia. Chuveiro muito ruim, pouca água, você tem que praticamente encostar na parede para tomar banho.

En general la vista y la playa aportaron mucho a tener una buena experiencia. Pero hay algunos qspectos que podrían mejorar, como la limpieza en las habitaciones y en la piscina. También podrían renovar los colchones y las toallas, estaban muy desgastadas.

Falta supervisão, cuidado e atenção aos hóspedes.
A vista do hotel é muito bonita. Mas o serviço na recepção realizado pelas atendentes na nossa chegada foi péssimo. A porta da recepção não fechava automaticamente e mandavam os hóspedes fecharem num tom de bronca por causa do ar condicionado. Não tem quem leve a bagagem ao quarto, tinha barata na varanda, não tem guarda-chuva para irmos dos quartos ao restaurante e choiveu muito durante um jantar, tinha garrafa térmica de café mas não havia copos, o cafe é feito apenas 1 X por dia.
