Great hotel but with a few misses (for me)
The property is conveniently located right above a subway exit and just a few stops from main stations like Namba and Osaka-Umeda etc. I also liked the fact that it's not in the middle of the touristy areas although that meant there are less shops around but there's still a Family Mart right downstairs. Check in and out was relatively hassle-free with self service check-in/out machines. The room is nice, clean and looks rather new with daily housekeeping although they did miss clearing out used teabags on one day. I took a room with a king-sized bed but it was actually just two singles put together, which meant I ended up only sleeping on one side of the bed as the middle bit was uncomfortable to sleep on. So maybe next time I would just take a single room. There is no water dispenser in the property and I had to go to the reception daily to get my daily ration of one bottled water (as I'm travelling solo), which to me was quite the hassle. I also stayed at Royal Park Canvas in Nagoya and they provided the usual 2 bottles of water daily in the room when they refreshed the room. I wonder about the inconsistent protocol between the properties. Also comparing with the Nagoya property, the range of amenities that you pick up at the reception are slightly different but that could be due to stock availability at the moment.

Comfortable room in a nice area of the city
The room was very clean, the waiting lobby and hall were very clean. The gym was convenient as well. It was nice that it was so close to so many restaurants and near a very lovely river.

Hotel is very clean and in a convenient location right next to the train station. The cafe is nice. The only bad thing was the air conditioning in the room. It will become too hot and humid at night. We called the helpdesk all 3 nights and they claimed room is at 20 degrees and they can’t do anything. It was really hard to sleep in Dec, can’t imagine the experience if it was summer.

Nice hotel I’ve stayed at multiple times.
Good location right next to subway line providing easy access to Shin-Osaka to N and Namba, etc. to the S. Has solid gym with free weights. Breakfast is a cost-effective add-on option. Love the waterfall shower & laundry (with easily monitorable status on room TV).

1000% would stay again!
Travelled with my sister and stayed for 8 nights - great location with lots of restos nearby, short walk to Yodoyabashi Station, which is on the Midosuji metro line that takes you to all the important places, and, most importantly, a Family Mart right next door. Room cleaning is mandatory every 3 days, which worked great for us. The room itself was a great size (lots of space to open 2 large hardside suitcases), except for the entryway, which was really cramped. Beds were super comfy and the firm pillow was amazing. Temperature control also simple to use. The laundry room is a bonus (there's an option on the tv to see which machines are in use and for how long), but be prepared to wait, as there are only 3 machines (also important to note that the machines only take 100 coins, so go to reception if you need to exchange other coins); the dryer function is terrible if you're washing a lot of stuff, as you will probably need to pay for extra drying time.

Good location and nice lounge
Hotel check in process was good with fast service. Their lounge area is amazing! Great way to relax and get some refreshments. They give you a complimentary drink per guest so it was nice to have some sake over the outside balcony. Close to the train station. Room was small, nothing spectacular, but that's probably how it's like for most affordable Japanese hotels. Great for a solo traveler, good for a couple. Nice location.

Quiet and well connected
Great hotel - very busy with international guests but great service from the staff and no long waits for check in. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated, very quiet and have nice bathrooms. Glad we chose to stay in this part of Osaka - it was quiet and very close to nice park areas for morning strolls, but also really well connected to subway lines for quick travel to the busier and more touristy parts of the city.

Good sized room and bathroom. Bath was nice and deep. Bathroom and shower separate from toilet but see through wall between. Good breakfast buffet. Lounge area was very nice and good amenities. WiFi worked well. TV easily connect to personal Netflix and logged when turned off out so not accidentally left logged in. Good selection of amenities in the reception.

Comfy and spacious
The room was very large and excellent. The shower and bath were especially wonderful after a full day of walking. The staff were friendly and held our bags in the morning while we wandered during the day. Beds were some of the comfiest of any of the hotels we stayed in.
