"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are fantastic and so is the pool. The food and service is first class: special mention for Kasuga, Velecia, Aditi and Meenashi. The area around the hotel is great for gifts and restaurants. We had an issue for a couple of days with the noise levels from a large wedding being hosted at the hotel which impacted on the public spaces. However, the hotel responded quickly and well when we raised our concerns. "

"Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"We stayed at Taj Cidade Horizon and it is a gorgeous hotel with a modern decor offering expansive views of the Arabian Sea. It has a small private beach which is lovely but no big waves as it is in a bay. We loved swimming in the warm sea waters. The hotel also has a couple of different pools and our favourite was the infinity pool on the 10th floor overlooking the sea. The staff is fantastic and they really add soul to this place. "This was just what I needed for my birthday. I loved this hotel so much, I extended my stay. The food is excellent and I recommend the buffet packages.
