Not much shopping in the town and everyone is trying to sell you a tour to Cayo Levantado which is only accessible by a small boat, 12 minutes ride. Cost about $35usd. Haggle the prices everything is negotiable.

We especially loved having our own private pool, complete with a peaceful waterfall. Even though the water was cold, we still enjoyed every moment—the sound alone was pure tropical serenity.
Although we won’t be back ourselves, we’ve already shared this hidden gem with our friends and family so they too can enjoy this unforgettable experience. It’s truly a special place, full of charm, nature, and creativity. 🌿🌊"
