Cannes is still the place to be seen in, a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars to suit ALL budgets, very easy access to main line train station too.

Cannes is known for its high life and wealthier clientele so - like most of the world - beware thieves. Don't have your phone out and keep valuables hidden. Stay vigilant - particularly around the station area.

We came 2 days after the film festival, the place was a mess as they were taking down the red carpet construction stuff. They should leave a different red carpet since tourists come here to take pictures!

I wish it was a bit cleaner but everyone from the public to waiters were friendly and they were trying their best to speak in English.

Cannes had great atmosphere and sitting by the beach was very relaxing.
"Loved my stay at this property. Easy location to access everything in Cannes. Access to the beach club is extra (100-150 Euro), which I thought was a bit steep, but the pool area is very cramped. The beach club is quite lovely, but that’s a hefty price for a bit of sun. "
"This was my first visit to Cannes and loved the hotels vibes and that it was walking distance from beach, beach clubs and designer shopping. Will definitely stay here again. "
"The staff at Le Cavendish was very accommodating, after a minor renovation inconvenience occurred the staff quickly made sure that my stay was nice. Marie and Johan were both very helpful. "
