Bundaberg East is home to Bundaberg Rum Distillery, so why not stop by during your stay in Bundaberg? Why not take a stroll along the beaches and watch the sunset while you're here?
Bundaberg, well known for its seaside and gardens, features attractions such as Moncrieff Theatre and Bundaberg Barrel. This beachside city has something for everyone including sights like Bundaberg Rum Distillery and Mon Repos Turtle Centre within a tropical setting.
We stayed here on our long Cairns to Brisbane road trip. Ideal for the Bundaberg distillery and Mon-Repos turtle conservation area.

Good
My first time in Bundaberg - I was surprised by how large the town is - and it appeared to be very clean and tidy. Very spread out and the main street was one of the longest I've seen for a country town.
