"While the room is more than adequate and comfortable ( but not too fancy), it really is the location and view that make this property a jewel! The end rooms which look over the basin are very special. Also, many great wineries in the valley to visit. "
"Dining room staff was wonderful. Food was absolutely scrumptious! My compliments to the chef. I wouldn't have expected this somewhat dated property right off the highway to have excellent Moroccan Lamb Shank, Rib Eye Steak, Salmon Tartare, and fresh Oysters.
Also enjoyed a very good Therapeutic Massage in the Spa.
AND not to be overlooked is the sun deck. Lovely view, comfy furniture, and restaurant service if desired. "

The breakfast was insanely good and cooked so quickly, was just what we needed before our big day kayaking in Advocate Harbour!
