. On stepping in till leaving 3 days later,I could not fault the staff especially Kays. We ate in the restaurant the first night,food was very good,as good as anything else we had eaten in Tunisa in the past month. Breakfast was your basic buffet affair,with all the usual things,boiled eggs,meats,cheeses etc and plenty of it. Quality of the coffee was also really good. "Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. Things like this can happen so suggestion to to make spare keys. We only...
