"The staff is very polite and helpful, they are always available when you need them. The only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant, the menu is not extensive and the food is not good, at least to our taste.

"This is you sign to book Ritz. Everything was perfect, the beach is a DREAM , we dont even look the pool , the beach is a giant pool. The sunset is stunning, and the service was great. "This will be one of my most memorable vacations. The morning of my birthday, my wife and daughter went to breakfast. The staff surrounded the table and started singing happy birthday, but I was on a Snuba excursion. To make up for this, they sent birthday cupcakes to the room. Later at dinner, they did the same thing - singing at my table - which was really nice. What I didn't know until I got back to my room is that the resort also sent a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake to the room. It was all really nice. On top of that, this was probably the cleanest resort I've stayed at, and the entire staff - from the front desk to the pool and beach staff to the wait staff to the housekeeping staff - were all very nice, respectful, sincere in their service, and friendly. The resort and grounds were very well kept and beautiful, as was the view of the ocean from my balcony. It wasn't crowded and it was very quiet and serene. 5 Stars!"
"My bed it was the only complaint very noise, need a ne bed overall mattress and frame room was excellent and pillows were great. best stay in Turks the beach area its amazing and large beach area, other hotels near by the beach area its very small. we will be back soon !"
"This is a real Oasis that’s hidden right in Grace Bay that’s so close the beach and all the other amenities. The landscape and resort is so very well appointed and the staff is so amazing. It’s a boutique resort where you do not overpay. We will be coming back again and are going to recommend to friends and families. "
