"We stayed for 5 days. Here are the positives:
1. Staff are great, especially Julia, Michael, Tito, and Monesha. They are very helpful and kind;
2. The pizzas were really good!!!
3. One of the highlights is that they have daily happy hours in the bar;
4. They have water refill stations, coffee and tea in the room are nice;
5. They have sunscreen by the pool;
6. Plenty of parking and the location is good.
Here are some improvement suggestions:
1. We need more than 1 towel per person;
2. The bathroom needs hooks to hang the towels and clothes;
3. Provide aftersun in the bathroom;
4. My kid was excited about the movie night, but that was cancelled;
5. The music was too loud at night, it was at almost 11pm and the music was still on;
6. There was a sitting area next to the pool, but for the days that we were there, not a single person set foot in that area. It would be nice if that area were turned into a hot tub or a shaded sitting area.
7. The room was a little humid (bedding was kinda moist), even with the AC on. Adding a dehumidifier to the room is needed.
8. The hotel is a short 5 mins walk to the beach (they have staff drop off and pick up), However, the chairs at the beach were really sad, there are no kayaks or paddle boats available like the other hotels, you need to bring your own drinks and everything to the beach, which to us is a bit unusual."
"Expectacular best hotel ever, thanks to Carmen and Cindy at the 4th floor restaurant they always super nice and best service ever. The beach is like paradise the swim up room is an A+ beautiful and the cleanliness super. Food everything about this hotel is a 5 start i will come back for sure. Best Family vacation"
"Exceeded my expectations. Beautiful property with the most beautiful views. Rooms are gorgeous. Most of the staff were amazing & took care of our needs. Greatest location. Could use more digital tools to book extra experiences. Worth the $. Can’t wait to return."
"We loved our Jr. Suite; we had a great view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a safe for our passports. We enjoyed spending time on the screened patio. The microwave, mini-fridge and bar sink was a great convenience. The dishes, glasses and silverware were an added bonus! My husband was able to make use of the fitness facility. I was able to relax in the hammock. We spent time on the beach and the various pools around the resort. Our group had dinner on-site at Hemingways Restaurant (reasonable prices) at one of the sister properties, The Palms' Sisi's Restaurant (expensive Tuesday Tacos). There was shuttle service to/from the sister properties but on an hourly basis."
