Hotel location is perfect next to tube station and a short walk to Covent Garden rooms are efficient but once again both mattresse and pillows too soft reported to front desk but nothing happened. Not near Premier Inn quality fir sleep

It was in the perfect location within walking distance to all sites. Lovely staff. The room upon arrival was ok as far as cleanliness it could of been better. They informed you they clean every 3 days; but you can request it sooner. The issue was it should of been cleaned expertly before next guest arrived
