"The customer service was great the room was very clean modern and included all the necessary facilities it was spacious with a kitchenette and good sized bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. It is located in a district with close proximity to shops and is conveniently located there are no significant landmarks but isn’t far from the beach. "

"From the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff in the lobby were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean, it was spacious, and despite there being quite a few kids staying at the resort, we had the best sleep in almost 2 weeks of travelling. We hardly heard anything! The pool area was great and we really enjoyed sipping a cocktail and relaxing. There were ample seats to choose from. We checked out quite early and Ryan in reception was amazing. The only thing that I wished was different was that we booked for longer! We will definitely be staying again on our next visit to Townsville!"

"Great motel to suit a family - we enjoyed our stay here but our main complaint is the noisy neighbour above our unit who was dragging furniture and making noise until 1am (multiple nights) so I’d suggest booking a first floor room to avoid this. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked nice and the reception and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful (we chose to only get our room made up once but asked for extra towels and toilet paper "
