"Very friendly staff, free parking on site , surrounded by green nature , excellent private onsen, very cleaned Japanese style room, we slept very well on the futons. Highly recommended "

"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "

"Beautiful property, buffet dinner was ok, same two nights in a row. Pool and sauna was great. Very clean and great staff. Loved the stay. Also property offers shuttle buses from the two stations. "

"The staff at CousCous were incredible! They were so kind and diligent. We felt at home from the start.
The food was delicious and well priced, the tents were warm, immaculate, and cosy, they all had heated rugs and heaters, we very very comfortable in the middle of winter. Ordering food directly to your tent was so convenient and the food was absolutely amazing, and really good value! (Apple pie was <1000¥) my wife and I had an amazing experience and I strongly recommend them!"

"After staying in Tokyo this place was amazing for our family because of the space alone! The property is around an 8min walk from the end of the Hakone Pass cablecar and the ropeway connection. It rained most of our stay but there is a nice outdoor table set and a lot of japanese anime comics (in Japanese) in a lovely takana room with bean bags. Kitchen is well stocked except i couldnt find a knife but theres a lot of plates, bowls etc etc. The bathtub was amazing on the cold days. Would def...

"Need a car to hotel. Kind of far away from bus stop and is uphill. Very country feel. Good to stay without noisy. Chef is good and food is delicious. Room is not very clean. Need some hooks in toilet and bathing area."

"I loved the cabins, the sauna and hot rob were amazing. You can see Mount Fuji from right outside the cabins, which was pretty cool. The staff were also amazing. I definitely recommend this place."

"From the moment we arrived I felt like we received white glove service. The staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages, inc English. Checking in was super easy for us. They have reserved bath / shower time for the limited shower space but it works & the showers/bath was very nice. We cooked dinner with the supplies given and would definitely come back in the near future. It was a memorable experience with great views of mt Fuji! "
