"Great hotel ,lovely front of house team ,who always happy to help and give you full attention,but the cleaners are very poor and cleaning of room poor ,numerous occasions we found the cleaner on her phone sitting on bed or room not cleaned correctly,with no fresh towels or floor not mopped or swept,also when got home had missing items of clothes and swimsuits which went missing during stay.the hotel is in a great location and

We received complementary drinks upon our check in and a complimentary bottle of wine if we dined at the hotel restaurant next door, (which we did); food and service was excellent there. Rooftop hot buffet breakfast was top-notch and had a great view of the harbor. Room decor seemed a bit dated but the beds were comfortable and room was clean overall.
