"I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Galileo Prague, and overall it was a great experience. The receptionist who checked me in was excellent, unfortunately, I forgot to get his name. He seemed like someone who never has a bad day; his cheerful expression made me feel very welcome. He never forgot my sparkling wine thou. lol I experienced a bit of discomfort with my original room, so I went downstairs to speak with him, and he immediately upgraded me without any hesitation. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service. (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name—you were very helpful!) The hotel also felt secure when entering and leaving. Would I stay there again? Absolutely."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, always saying hello in passing, and couldn't do enough to help. Reception even loaned us a European plug adaptor at no charge after we forgot ours. The room was clean and large. We upgraded to include access to the Executive Lounge, which is highly recommended - a bargain - and offers a great aerial view of the city. A beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay here again"

"The hotel was perfectly clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of options. Everything was truly worthy of five stars! A special mention goes to the manager, Michael, who was extremely proactive, professional, welcoming and friendly. A real credit to this hotel, even if he does support the Magpies! "

"I stayed for 8 days with my daughter. This was affordable. The front desk personnel were wonderfully helpful not only for the hotel but for moving around the city itself. The staff were fluent in several languages. They were proud of their city and its easy ways to move around it.The room was beautiful and spotless. Stairs coming into and out of the building were steep. With luggage and at age 71, it would have been difficult if it were not for the helpful guests that assisted me. My only complaint was that the clear glass shower with mirror faced the bed offering "no cover." Not a pretty sight. "

"Everything was excellent, with the exception of the blanket, which appeared soiled (yellow discoloration from perspiration). While the bed sheets were clean, the blanket itself was dirty. Breakfast was fabulous with many choices, probably the best we have ever had in Prague. Wellness was great, but a bit busy after 5 PM. The sauna world was excellent. We will stay again."
