Very nice hotel….did not seem very busy while I stayed here for three weeks….I had the one bedroom apartment which was very nice…TV in living area and Bedroom and a nice kitchenette. Staff very friendly and my room was cleaned daily. Lots of restaurant options in Bonk Kang Kong district plus a short tuk tuk ride to the scenic riverfront.

Very affordable hotel. Staff was very friendly on check in and helpful. We only stayed one night and was a great find. Breakfast had an omelet station and a mix of Asian and Western foods. Hotel is okay but requires a refresh to bring back up to standards, a fresh coat of paint would go a long way. Rooms were spacious with a nice little patio. Rooftop bar/restaurant presented a nice view. The photos online on the rooftop pool have been filtered to improve the image of what you will actually receive, though all was still nice, do not expect the level of what you see in the photos from the hotel. Breakfast was okay and the menu changed daily. Food was not refreshed very quickly and service was non attentive. Nothing too special here. I stayed under the gym and was woken up daily by people using the gym. The hotel booked a party one night, that lasted until 1 am. One lunch hour, the hotel booked a school function, making the rooftop not useable for the hotel guests. Overall, I would not stay here again. For the price, I didn’t leave overly disappointed but I left wanting more.

I felt uncomfortable anytime I went to the pool area. There was a man there asking to take a photo of me. He took that ok as a free for all and went to the extent on filming with a drone without asking. Also my safe had an error and my passport was stuck for a few hours right before departure. Not many food options near the hotel.

The staff who were on the night duty, slept in the reception at 5 am.. As you can see on the picture, a sunbed.. The towels ran out by the pool (also the pool just had five sunbeds), they said I had to take towels from my room.. The drinks at the rooftop bar were quite expensive, tastes okey.. In the room they should to a little better cleaning, the shower curtain was dirty and they didn’t clean my coffee cup, it stood at the same place for days. The breakfast was quite okey, still the staff should do a class in service and smile more..

Took 1.5 hrs after check in time to get room. The bed was so hard it would have been easier to sleep on the floor. After they cleaned the room took one call to front desk and two trips down to front desk to get towels and toilet paper and then they blamed us for it not being brought up said we had the do not disturb sign out which I did earlier in the morning but was taken off after we hate breakfast and left for most of the day. For the money they charge I was disappointed. Breakfast was ok

I booked this hotel so my mom can have a great time in Phnom Penh. But when we got there, front desk service was not great. No one helped my 72-year-old mother with her backpack when we checked in (I was carrying our other things, and my own backpack). I paid for a second card at the front desk and when I tried it, it didn’t work. I called them and they told me I had to come down to front desk again to fix it. This process could’ve been more convenient. I also asked them to help me book a bus (they had the brochure for it). They said yes they can book it so I booked my hotel at my next destination—with the information that I can book my bus later. After that, I came down to confirm my bus and they said they forgot to check before they said yes to me, but they can’t book my bus because the Giant Ibis offices were closed (New Year’s) and “how would I call them if they’re closed?” were her words. I get that but they could’ve been more attentive. Staff at breakfast were helpful and friendly enough though!

Ensuite arrivée à l'hôtel, on vous dit que la chambre n'est pas disponible et qu'on vous propose à la place, un coupon pour consommer au bar. En fait, ils vendent des chambres qu'ils n'ont pas et puis vous êtes mis devant le fait accompli
