The hotel was in a quiet road and backed onto the Kanda river. Its a short walk from Akihanara station and was easy to find. This is our first time in Japan and found the room quite small. The bathroom was good, with a bath and shower. The hotel provides toiletries and items such as toothbrush, shaving kit from reception. The staff were all very helpful.Breakfast was a buffet in their Italian restaurant. They have a very cute robot travelling around reception.

This was my second stay at Hotel Resol Akihabara, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Akihabara Station and surrounded by fantastic local dining options. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and feature super comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. The atmosphere is warm and stylish throughout. Hotel Resol has easily become my go-to choice in Tokyo, and I will definitely be back again!

I have traveled extensively and very rarely write reviews for hotels, but in the case of Hotel Resol Akihabara, I have to say that I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is spotless, clean, and very well maintained. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and respectful. Located right in the heart of Akihabara, the value for money is unbeatable. For me, this is what a true 10/10 service looks like!

The staff were extremely kind, air conditioning was cold, room and property was clean, and there is a cool robot cruising the lobby! I didn't have the breakfast so I can't speak to that. The staff is wonderful and polite. They helped me with forwarding my luggage to the next hotel without a hitch. The room itself was exactly what I wanted for one person without feeling claustrophobic. I slept well and was comfortable the entire night I was there. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
