Overall the hotel is okay. Though if you are 2 people the room is exceptionally small. I mean real small. The bathroom is smaller than small. Yes I have been to Japan before though this room to the small award. Staff was overall nice specially at the restaurant.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was small as anticipated but it fit our 2 large suitcases and extra shopping bags happily. The hotel is easy to navigate and the AC was the best thing after a long hot day. Check in and out was easy too.

Well located and just 10 minutes walk from the Tokyo station. It was clean and we loved the massage chair. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good as well. We were able to leave the suitcases after we check out for several hours until we had to go to the airport.
