The most important thing when I evaluate a hotel is the location and the attitude of the staff. The location is very good. It's right next to Ginza and can walk to Tokyo station but a quiet place. Most of the staffs were kind but not warm. I stayed for more than a week, so I can see several staffs. The tall grey-haired staff was a gentleman but not tall grey-haired staff was rude. The best staff was a man from Nepal. Almost staffs are good at English. The restaurant on the lobby floor was good. I'm not sure for my next stay.

The room had a musty smell that wouldn’t go away, and the slim male staff member in the lobby seemed quite annoyed when I asked for water. He didn’t respond properly or greet me, showing an unfriendly attitude. I wouldn’t want to visit again.

Location is great,10 minute walk to Tokyo Station, Kyobashi metro directly in front of the hotel on the other side of the street. We appreciated the breakfast offered in the morning, if you don’t want breakfast you can opt for lunch instead on designated days but inquire to staff. Very clean, bed was very comfortable, room not large but not extremely small either. Very welcoming staff, and we liked that the lobby was on the 7th floor and not street level. Will stay here again and will recommend to others as well.
