We were a group of 3 friends and had reserved a room with 4 twin beds. The apartment was fine as a place to sleep but there was nothing comfy or homey about it. It did not have a couch, rather two beanbags to sit on. (Remember it was a 4-person room.). There were two beds in each of two separate tiny bedrooms. The bedrooms had glass walls so there was no privacy while sleeping. Why not have opaque walls? It is easy to do that, and most people prefer opaque walls for sleeping in.
At one point an alarm started beeping under the sink. After 30 minutes trying to figure out what it was, I called customer service and was told it was a common problem with this apartment and there was a set of instructions to deactivate it. How about fixing the problem rather than waiting for guests to experience this and deal with it themselves? Also, if this is happening all the time, we should have at minimum been warned about it in advance.
