front desk customer service is poor. Staff is untrained, very slow in processing check-in, unable to converse in English. Only can speak Mandarin. Work to the rule and insists on 3pm check- in, even though prior request is made and room is already ready. The front desk manager came to the rescue and able to check us in at 12:15pm. Have requested morning newspaper. It never came!
Hotel hardware is gorgeous, but the entry hall and reception area has no seating provisions, which made it even more annoying and inconvenient for the elderly check in guests.
The only good experience we had is the Chinese restaurant Yi, where food is fantastic and service is excellent. overall, the high room rates is undeserving as compared to other Cotai luxury hotels. Room size is not even as big as Wynn Palace and Venetian.
