Hotelgelände ist Gut. Кухня ужасная.еда еще хуже по сравнению с другими треххвездочными отелями. Расположения ресторана неудачное, на втором этаже а бар на улице.за напитками по степенькам нужно ходить.

Un hôtel de quatrième zone d'une autre époque. Aucune réservation trouvée à notre arrivée. Une chambre infecte (rideau déchiré, porte de la douche contre le mur, électricité défaillante, pas de serviettes, télévision 36 cm, frigo délabré), aucun service à l'hôtel. Aucun variété dans le menu (2 plats, chaque jour les mêmes, dessert un seul choix ; madeleine trempée ou pastèque), boisson (cola, limonade, eau ou café) servie dans des gobelets plastiques jetables. Une piscine qui sert de réceptacle des eaux de rinçage de la terrasse. Un seul bar qui sert la vodka, le rhum ou tout autres alcool blanc provenant de la seule et même bouteille ! Seules les langues turque et russe sont pratiquées ou affichées à l'accueil. Fréquentation exclusivement russe. Une semaine à oublier au plus vite, si c'est possible !!! Indigne de figurer dans un catalogue de vacance. Les mentions portées sur le site sont mensongères. ABOMINABLE !!!

ASLA GİDİLMEMESİ GEREKEN OTEL

9 Eylül 13 Eylül arası sitemiz aracılığı Ile tatil satın aldim. Otel 4 yıldız olarak satılmıştı sitenizde ancak 2 yıldız dahi etmeyecek durumda yemeği odaları bari sunulan hizmetleri berbat durumdadır. Kliması tv si kapı pencereler eskimiş ve berbat durumdadır. Ben sizin sitenize güvenerek tatil planı yaptım ancak yapmis olduğum tatil değil işkence oldu . Hotels com da yayınlanan otel resmi ile gerçeğin hiç bir alakası yok kandırıldığını düşünüyorum. O resimlerde bulunan bazı resimler aynı yerin bitişiğinde bulunan ve daha önce kalmış olduğum başka bir otele ait odaların resimleridir diye düşünüyorum. Siteniz aracılığı Ile almış olduğum tatil konusunda mağdur olduğumu düşünüyorum. Resimlerde bazı gördüğüm olumsuzlukları görebilirsiniz. Hotels Com ekibinin bu otel ile anlaşmasını sonlandırması gerekir diye düşünüyorum. Insanlar sizin firmazinizin saygınlığına güvenerek tatil alıyorlar.

********SCAM ALERT********* They overbooked the hotel, put us in 1 room instead of 2. We contacted Expedia, they refused to give us a refund even though we had booked 2 rooms and didn't receive both. We checked out after 1 night instead of staying the 2 nights we had booked. And that was far too long. Bathroom had mold. Outlets didn't work. The hair dryer was broken. No soaps or toiletries other than toilet paper, and a wall dispenser for hand soap. They offered to give us free wifi for the troubles, but there is no wifi connection in the rooms. The food was terrible. The alcohol I'm pretty sure had a dead rat in the keg. The map isn't accurate, neither are the pictures. This hotel is NOT ON THE WATER. They have shuttles to the beach every half hour til about 4pm. Everything is a lie!! Do not book this! EXPEDIA REFUND ME AND GET THIS HOTEL OFF OF YOUR SITE!!!

Private beach 5 minute walk

Bad experience all other guests were German and staff and entertainment were all geared towards them. Bedroom cleanliness was substandard, bedding never changed in our 10 day stay and towels only changed twice. Bathroom was never cleaned. On our arrival we were put into another Hotel as they had double booked for that night.

Nightmare hotell

They have 1 room how has been renovated, the rest is from the 80's and smell bad. It's not even a 2 stars motell! When we where there the hotell was overbooked and we where place whit a nother family in one room, 6persons in one small room. Memory's but not nice one's! the food was terrible even the drinks where bad. So the room are bad, the air-conditioned is bad, the bathroom are bad.

Der Strand verdient die Note 1+.

Das Hotel selbst ist vollkommen verlebt. Die Zimmer, die ich sehen konnte sehen aus wie im Zustand des Baudatums. Ich denke Anfang der 1980 er Jahre. Es wurde seitdem offenbar kein Geld in die Mordernisierung investiert. Einzig der Fahrstuhl wurde 20165 erneuert. Wahrscheinlich aufgrund gesetzlichen Drucks. TV-Geräte vom Stand Anfang der 1990er Jahre. Aber: Das Personal ist sehr Nett und der Strand verdient eine 1+

Overall hotel was nice, the location was good, staff was friendly, however noone of them was able to speak english which resulted in bad communication. The room was completely unprepared when we checked in, there was only blanket for one bed, and it had holes on it. Tv really old fashioned, with few channels that were blurry. The worse was the toilet, when we arrived the shower floor was dirty with the sand, the ceiling was open - there was some maintenance before, so you could see whole instalation above ur head showering. I think during our stay we had hot water three times, so no hot water either plus shower handle wasnt even installed. Second day of our stay we had flooding from room upper floor, whole bathroom wet, dirty water dripping into shower, technician who came to fix the issue installed new shower handle and said trough google translate that the dropping will last till next morning, and he shrugged when asked how can we use the shower with rusty water dripping on our heads during the shower or can we get another room. The was no laundry service. Also the hotel description is wrong there is no laundry facility
