Arrived at the hotel about 4pm with my 9 months baby and staff said they were overbooked and they room was still been cleaned. There was no help or comfort offered for the inconvenience.

1. The hotel is very spacious, airy and well designed. 2. The staff very courteous, always had a smile and greeted me every morning. I was especially impressed by Chika at Noriko who went over and beyond expectations to ensure that my Mum and I had a pleasant Mother Day's lunch. Cecilia in the Idapo Lounge was another revelation, very nice and polite and I must also mention Joseph, Joy and Blessing at Reception who all made my stay a very pleasant one.
