No bedding or pillows for pull out sofa couch which would have been nice but we managed with what was available. Breakfast was wonderful with great variety. Hotel room on the train track side can be really noisy at night when having a window open (especially the slow riding, squeaking freight trains). The pillows on the bed are way to thin and soft. Would recommend thicker and more firm pillows.

The nui Saddle is conveniently located, quiet (despite being at the train station), and very clean. The in-house bar is very nice, the vibe is modern and friendly. The rooms are decent size, improvements can be made in terms of kid and family friendliness. This is not something that stands out, why are additional beds for kids not possible (e.g. kids around 4-6 years). There are many hotels that let small kids stay for free.
