I prepaid my reservation for an accessible tub room, but didn't get one when i arrived. So, i had a very uncomfortable bathing experience. Breakfast seems disorganized... foods aren't labeled correctly, toaster wasn't on (or working?). Maybe i caught them during a bad 2 weeks. they are usually much better than this.
