Not a hotel but OK as a rental apartment

The first thing you should know is that this is not a hotel. It's an apartment with two flats, one on the second floor and one on the third floor, above a storefront about half way between the Ueno and Asakusa stations. That said, it's not bad as a rental apartment, and was a good fill-in for us when our Air BnB booking was cancelled on short notice. All of the communication with the owner was via the Expedia site - we never met anyone in person, but got check-in instructions via messages through Expedia and paid through the site. The place was clean and comfortable for our family of four. The air conditioner struggled a little to cool the whole flat on a hot day, but kept the sleeping area cool overnight. The kitchen is minimally equipped but functional. The location - just a block off the Kappabashi kitchen tools street - is nice, a quiet neighborhood about a 15 minute walk from either the Ueno station / Ameyoko market area or the main Asakusa area. Wifi signal is a little weak on the third floor but usable. Overall, a comfortable place to use as a base for exploring this part of Tokyo.

ハウスダストアレルギーが結構出ました。 お皿やグラスの数が人数と合ってなくて足りてませんでした… あとはテーブルがもっと大きいのがあれば良いです！ 設備、アメニティなどは良かったです。

ที่พักเป็นส่วนตัว แต่บันไดทางจึ้นแคบไปคะ ถ้ามีผู้สูงอายุจะลำบาก ที่นอนผ้าปูปลอกหมอนควรหาใหม่ค่อนข้างเก่า ฮีทเตอร์ พีดลมดูดอากาศควรทำความสะอาด แต่โดยรวมทุกอย่างดี เหมาะสมกับราคา ทริปครอบครัวเพื่อนมาจะดีมาก เดินทางจากสถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินไกลไปนิด แต่ป่านวัดอาซากุสะทุกวันดีมากๆบรรยากาศดี

Please make the good choice.

This hotel is the worst. We could see dust everywhere in the room. Even the bathroom ventilator was almost covered with dust and the first thing we did after checking in was to wipe off the fan's wings with a wet tissue.  The old blanket and the hair of someone attached to it were enough to disappoint us on the first day of our Asakusa trip. We decided to reserve another hotel for the rest of the day.

왜 후기가 별로 없는지 알겠다.

친구들이랑 5명이서 2박3일 숙박했어요. 도쿄 다른 숙소에 비해 가격은 저렴했는데 청소라던가 청소가..위생상태 별로. 캡슐호텔 가려다가 저녁에 술한잔 하고 편하게 쓰도 싶어서 찾다가 여기 예약했는데 첫날에 수건도 2장밖에 없어서 밤에 전화하고 침대시트에 얼룩이 져있었음 베개시트도 뭔가 누르스름해서 가져간 목베개로 잠. 그담날 아침에 전화해서 청소해주냐고 물어보니까 확실하게 해주겠다고 해서 나갔다왔는데 돌아오니 창문만 열려 있고 청소 1도 안되어있고 수건도 안채워주셨음ㅜㅜ. 욕실에서 씻고 옷입닫가 천장봤는데 환풍기에 천년묵었을 것 같은 먼지가... 도쿄도 그닥이었지만 다시 간다해도 여긴 안감... 전화할때는 직원분이 친절하시긴 했는데 숙소 컨디션은 별로였습니다.

這不能叫酒店吧，這次住二樓的房間，樓梯非常的陡，而且完全不會有人幫你搬，房間門非常脆弱，感覺稍為用力就可以打開，雖然有密碼鎖但感覺非常不安全。 這裡附近什麼都沒有，商店什麼都很早關門，雖然離鬧區雷門蠻近的10分鐘內的路程，不過附近連一家便利商店都沒有是蠻不方便的⋯這個價錢可以選擇的其他還是有的，比較不推⋯
