one of the worst experiences we had. room should never be rent: noise from neighbours, impossible to make the room dark: light is coming through the roof, too warm room can not cooled down by opening a window or airco, TV broken

I got off to a rocky start my first night as I was the last to check in that night. Rooms should be assigned in the morning. Staff member had difficult guests before me and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up at front desk. The room I booked was not available. I stayed at another hotel that had lots of issues. The following morning they checked me in early, gave me a choice of rooms, got me a fan and a credit for the previous night which was greatly appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and location. Ended on a good note.

Great location and service-room lacking functional

I found this to be the perfect location. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was huge and amazing. I love the sleek contemporary design of the rooms. There were signs with little extras you could get, like a fan, which was great. Four stars because the room really lacked functionality. There were no nightstands, only one outlet by the bed, no USBs anywhere (had to choose between the fan or charging devices overnight). The bathroom was wildly dysfunctional. There was no place to put your things. Not a shelf even in the shower. And about 3 feet of totally unused space (so plenty of room for hooks or shelves). You can make it work but leaving detail in the review hoping they add some things to make life easier.

Vi fick ett ostädat rum vid incheckning. Med viss tråkigt bemötande av personalen efter vi sagt till fick vi ett annat rum. Nya rummet var inte med samma utsikt (mot innegård) som vi betalat för utan mot en huvudgata där baren var i full gång till 02. Tyvärr gjorde detta vår upplevelse mindre bra.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster zum Gang, weshalb das Fenster verblindet, ohne Sicht und das Zimmer kaum Tageslicht hatte. Ansonsten sauber, ruhig, zweckmässig mit hervorragender Lage. Kein Kühlschrank, dafür 24h Kaffee in der Lobby und tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Lite rom og veldig varmt. Senga stod vegg til vegg fra hodet til beina og for ein som er lang var det litt ukomfortabelt, løste seg å ligge skrått i senga. Var veldig varmt på rommet og null ventilasjon, men det stod ei vifte der til bruk, den bråker litt så anbefaler øreplugger. Badet har sett betre dager for det var ganske godt brukt, det var reint der så eigentleg ikkje noko stort problem.
