This property was amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly and they all seemed to be bi lingual. We got a free upgrade and our room had a balcony so we got loads of fresh air which we appreciated. The hotel is in walking distance of rhe main centee but far enough to be less busy. Our check-in experience was as flawless, breakfast options were fantastic, and the room was plenty spacious for our needs. The historic nature of the property made our time in Florence even more enjoyable. Hotel staff was flexible with our parking needs and allowed us to keep our vehicle there beyond checkout. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Florence!

The hotel is a great boutique hotel away from the tourist area. I love staying near Santo Spirito. The front desk were great at making restaurant reservations for us as well as calling taxis. It's a quiet and peaceful hotel. I will definitely stay again in the future.
