Enjoyed our stay.
Really enjoyable. Very comfortable room and all the staff were most welcoming and helpful. Special mention for Daniel who looked after us really well in the bar where we had a tasty supper and good whisky while having a great view of the Tokyo Tower.

Great Hotel
Great hotel with very good service. Amenities were wonderful. Points for improvement: - better sound proofing to block out noise from the trains - thinner duvet for early winter since heating system is turned on

Easily accessible and Comfortable
Easily accessible from Shimbashi Yamanote JR line. The hotel is within a walkable distant from the main Ginza street but is practically within Ginza. The rooms are comfortable, stylish, and cosy. The staff are helpful and welcoming. I've stayed couple of times here and found it very comfortable. The breakfast is set menu based but I found it very limited in choice.

Nice room but needs improvement in Service
we got disappointed that one of the front desk staff confirmed our complimentary room upgrade. secondly, we kept on following up our inquiries. but Philippie and the Trainee (Ohor - forgot the name) gave us excellent service. Keep up the good work!

The design of the room is a little bit odd and small. But services and cleanliness compensate the above. Overall, it is well worth staying at Celestine Hotel.

All very good but the room is a little small, and there is a lot of noise from outside at night.

Tokyo Ginza Gem
This hotel is amazing. The location is perfect - close to 3 major train stations, surrounded by restaurants and bars and round the corner from the world's best shopping streets. The rooms, while quite small for US standards, are not a bad size for Tokyo. They are modern, clean and equipped with everything you can possibly need (Nespresso machine included). The AC is silent and effective. The restaurant on the top floor has delicious food and wine. The only downside is there is no fitness center. I would stay here again and again.

Great location, spotless and comfortable
Superb hotel perfectly located in Ginza, easy walk from Simbashi station. Lovely cosy room with a very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff couldn’t do more to assist - and a nice touch with the free drink in the excellent bar on the top floor :-)
