Everyone is very friendly
The room is very clean with air-con and air purifier and humidifier , bathroom facilities are amazing.
Only one thing is the room has no window, well ... there is a fire exit in the room but it is very loud if I open the double door of the “window”

6/10 Good

It was not 100% clear on the website (at least when we booked it) but this is a love hotel. The hotel is designed for adult entertainment. There is nothing wrong with this, but I want others to understand what they are booking. There are cabinets that include adult toys and underwear, a condom at the top of the bed, dimming lights, sexy bathtub, porn in the TV, etc.
The front desk speaks no English but is super friendly. You will be using google translate to communicate. There are no room keys. As far as I can tell they unlock it based on proximity or someone in security is buzzing you in.
The room cleanliness is questionable. My rooms sheets had some light tears and questionable stains. The entire room smelled of cigarettes and cigars. The decor feels very cheesy hotel in Vegas.
The hotel is fine for a cheap night before we went to the airport, but I would not recommend for longer stays or for those that may not be as comfortable with the sexy stuff.

Very nice
Very reasonably priced hotel, small but perfectly formed & clean room, attentive staff. A little out from the main hubbub in a quieter area but transport options to central Tokyo are easy/plentiful.
